NAVY RESERVE PROGRAM COORDINATOR

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations to resolve problems of effectiveness and efficiency of Reserve Programs affecting readiness to execute wartime missions.

Experience analyzing and resolving problems in manpower allocation, training, effectiveness and efficiency of Reserve programs applicable to a command. Experience establishing criteria to measure or predict the attainment of Reserve program goals and objectives. Experience developing local and regional procedures for the employment and support of Reserve personnel in support of mobilization, contingency operations or peacetime exercise as well as promulgating Reserve program guidance to staff and other activities in theater.
