About this role

To qualify as an Operations Coordinator, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Creditable specialized experience includes: GS-13 Applying knowledge of commercial retail food merchandising systems and grocery platforms to support daily commissary operations, while analyzing operational data to provide authoritative system guidance and propose improvements to streamline processes. Using comprehensive knowledge of commissary operations, regulations, retail merchandising, grocery management, marketing, branding, and digital communication to advise managers and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Planning and carrying out complex assignments by applying management methods and balancing competing organizational goals. Using advanced analytical techniques such as hypothesis testing, forecasting, simulation, sampling, and modeling to evaluate and improve management processes. Identifying workflow issues, waste, defects, and service gaps and developing data-driven business cases to influence organizational improvement.

Conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to assess program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. Time-in-grade applies to the promotion of current and former federal employees who hold or have held a permanent GS position in either the competitive or excepted service in the previous 52 weeks, including current employees applying under VEOA.
