About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on operations role at an early-stage healthtech startup — not a shadow-and-slide-decks internship. You'll report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one, with a clear path to a full-time position after 3–6 months. The mission: automate manual work away and help scale the operation without scaling the headcount. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the customer experience end-to-end — onboarding, scheduling, results delivery, and retention.

- Coordinate with lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe. - Build internal tooling and automations using n8n, Make, Notion, Linear, Airtable, Zapier, and Python scripts. - Identify manual or broken processes and eliminate them — if it can be automated, automate it. - Help design and document the operational playbook to support significant customer growth. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 0–2 years of experience; strong academic or early-career background in a rigorous field.

- Automation-first mindset — you reach for tools and scripts before spreadsheets and manual effort. - Comfortable working across no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion, Zapier) and basic scripting (Python). - Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving early-stage environment. - Fluent in German (required) and English. - Available to work fully on-site in Berlin, five days a week.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: €30,000 – €36,000 per year. - Visa sponsorship: Not available — candidates must have the right to work in Germany. LOCATION On-site, Berlin, Germany — five days per week in the office.
