Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have progressively responsible experience in a military or civilian food service, preferably with Chili's, which provided knowledge of supervising other personnel.

Familiarity with ordering supplies, perishable and non-perishable, and checking in deliveries as well as monthly inventory. Supervision experience should be at a sufficient level to ensure knowledge of how and why tasks are performed and to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively. Must have sufficient experience in BOH operations, including cooking skills. Must have experience, which demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both orally and in writing; and the ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work/tasks.

Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background investigation National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
