Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in overall operations of a golf facility including the rules of golf, equipment sale and repair, and handicapping. Must have prior tournament organization experience. Must have experience which demonstrated the ability to manage a retail operation for profit, merchandise display, inventory controls and receipt, disbursement, deposit, or other processing of cash items to include direct handling of cash items and use of cash accountability and inventory control methods.

Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required. Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Performance is measured on basis of results achieved; customer satisfaction, participation and interest, profitability of operations, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of program.

Must report unresolved cash, inventory, or participation discrepancies to the manager in a timely manner. Must administer handicap procedures appropriately. Ensures EEO concepts are applied and appropriate work environment is maintained. Conduct must be professional and courteous at all times. Must follow safety, fire, and security directives and requirements.
