Step into a high-impact technical leadership role where you’ll architect and own enterprise-level Optimizely DXP solutions for major global clients. This opportunity offers the perfect balance of strategic leadership and hands-on coding (~20–30% in C#/.NET Core and modern web stacks), allowing you to facilitate client workshops, guide a team of talented engineers, and directly influence solution architecture.
Working at the forefront of modern digital experience platforms—spanning Optimizely PaaS/SaaS CMS, composable architecture, and Azure/AWS cloud environments—you’ll drive best-in-class CI/CD, deployment standards, and cutting-edge implementations while collaborating seamlessly with our UK project team. What you’ll get to do Lead the implementation and technical delivery of Optimizely DXP for global client. You will have a direct impact on the architecture and overall shape of the solution.
Lead requirements discovery and facilitate client-facing workshops to translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements for Optimizely DXP solutions. Work with your engineering team to identify the best solutions for complex technical and business challenges. Support team members with implementation tasks and participate in code reviews. You will guide much of the implementation through your team members while spending approximately 20–30% of your time coding directly.
Ensure that your team delivers high-quality code supported by automated testing, continuous integration, and reliable deployment processes across Optimizely DXP environments. Estimate and plan work together with product owners, business stakeholders, and the project team. Help team members prioritize tasks and manage technical dependencies. Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to discuss proposed solutions, delivery plans, and technical trade-offs.
Contribute to the evolution of our Optimizely DXP delivery standards, development practices, and reusable implementation patterns. What you should have Broad knowledge of Optimizely PasS CMS, Optimizely SasS CMS from both backend and frontend perspectives. In-depth experience with Optimizely DXP, including its deployment model, environment management, deployment API, configuration, upgrades, and production support processes.
Strong experience with C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core, including content types, pages, blocks, media, templates, routing, dependency injection, scheduled jobs, APIs, integrations, and editor experience. Practical understanding of Optimizely DXP deployment and hosting concepts, including environment configuration, deployment packages, deployment automation, logging, monitoring, and release management. Good understanding of content management systems and the technical aspects of integrating them with external systems, APIs, search platforms, commerce systems, and third-party services.
Broad knowledge of web technologies and modern web platform implementation. Experience delivering software throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to production deployment and support. Experience providing technical leadership or managing a team of at least five members. Openness to mentoring and supporting the development of team members. Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Fluency in English. Ability to identify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints. You will collaborate with our UK project team, so we’ll need you to be available until <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW210886554 BCX
