PC Change Project Manager - Capital Optimisation Belvedere Recruitment Daily tasks: - Lead project planning, execution and delivery of the capital optimisation initiative from inception to completion. - Establish and maintain robust project governance, reporting and risk management frameworks. - Coordinate with business analysts, front office quants and product teams to align project objectives. - Manage stakeholder communications and escalations with senior leadership and product control heads.
- Track project milestones, budgets and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes. - Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Support the Finance Change Delivery function with strategic project insights and recommendations. Musts: Supporting strategic projects, Project governance, Accounting, Valuation Proven experience managing or supporting strategic projects in financial services or banking environments.
Demonstrated expertise in project governance, controls or project management methodologies. Product control background, ideally in accounting, valuation or derivatives pricing. Knowledge of credit derivatives, credit default swaps or other derivatives products (or equivalent exposure). Experience working in global financial institutions with complex organisational structures. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functions.
