Qualifying Experience: Ability to apply highly technical knowledge in solving complex problems and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures to the personnel security program.

Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in one or more security and/or intelligence discipline and experience implementing complex government security and/or intelligence programs and policies is preferable. Experience in the application of 5CFR731 suitability guidelines. familiarity with NBIS, CVS, SWFT, CSO, NP 2 Portal, DISS, USAS, DCPDS and PIPS and other security products.

Must possess basic computer skills and have knowledge of the automated NAF personnel data system. Must be familiar with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and the Internet. Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing.
