Leading a team of Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, the full-time Pharmacy Benefit Management Manager will focus on improving account retention, conducting performance evaluations, and developing professional growth plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coach and mentor Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives to enhance their development and success Create performance scorecards to objectively measure the effectiveness of the account management team Partner with leadership to develop policies and procedures for client service and improve client satisfaction and retention rates Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 8 years of work experience required At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare service industry Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills Ability to interface effectively at all levels within a large organization and client base
