Phased Array Radar Program Analyst

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Ability to develop and review SPY-1, SPY-6, Future X-Band Radar, Dual Band Radar, and combat system requirements documents in accordance with Department of Navy (DoN) processes, providing solutions related to program cost, schedule, fielding, and performance to achieve overall goals; 2) Ability to represent Surface Warfare equities in electromagnetic spectrum management forums, ensuring surface warfare capabilities are preserved and supported through spectrum reallocation initiatives; 3) Ability to apply knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to identify and prioritize radar programmatic issues, develop funding solutions for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), assess budget exhibits, and provide data-driven decision support; 4) Ability to demonstrate superior communication skills by drafting, editing, and approving formal presentations and high-level briefings for Flag Officers and Congress, and represent the division's interests by advocating for Navy and Surface Warfare equities in various government, national, and international forums.
