TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1.

Demonstrated senior-level experience providing strategic consultation, program leadership, and comprehensive evaluation of complex Special Security Programs within the Federal Government, Intelligence Community, or Department of Defense. This includes advising senior executives on program implementation, resource allocation, and organizational alignment. TQ 2. Expert knowledge of national security policies, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and federal regulations governing the protection, handling, and oversight of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral national security information.

TQ 3. Demonstrated high-level experience advising on and overseeing comprehensive personnel security operations. This includes mastery of federal investigative standards, security clearance adjudication processes, and the implementation of insider threat mitigation strategies.
