About this role

📋 Description Lead technical pre-sales for New Business and Strategic segments. Deliver technical discovery, propose architectures, demonstrate product, and address concerns. Build trust with customers and guide them to Twilio solutions. Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through interactive demos. Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and share reusable material. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years pre-sales or 10+ years related experience; strong customer-facing track record.

Excellent communicator and presenter; engaging storyteller. Deep understanding of customer communications needs; design solutions accordingly. Technical background: Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP); Web development (JavaScript Previous Telecom/SIP/Contact Center or Security experience; familiarity with sales methodologies. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Math, CS or equivalent; proficient German speaker. 🎁 Benefits Cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud app architecture helpful.

Location flexibility; remote role with approx. 35% travel in some cases.
