About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a foundational product engineering role on a small, high-caliber founding team building AI-powered workflow software for private market operations. You will lead the design and development of the core interface through which operations teams interact with AI agents — shaping how users review, approve, and act on automated outputs in a high-stakes financial context. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns across the application.

- Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources. - Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing and approving agent-generated outputs. - Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on product features. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1–7 years of professional frontend development experience with strong product intuition and UX craft. - Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications. - A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that involve human review, exception handling, or approval steps. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Genuine interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust when presenting automated outputs. - Enthusiasm for working in a small founding team environment with outsized ownership and impact.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: €70,000 – €110,000 per year - Visa sponsorship: Available LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
