ABOUT THE ROLE A fast-growing, Berlin-based enterprise AI platform startup is looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team on-site. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work closely with the Chief Product Officer, and help deliver AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations. The company builds a model-agnostic, security-first platform that enables enterprises to roll out AI safely and at scale — from everyday chat assistants to complex automations and custom agents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Contribute to the development of product features across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation. - Build end-to-end solutions spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers. - Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and multi-step user flows. - Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather insights and iterate on product features.

- Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience. - Participate in regular Support Engineer rotations, where engineering team members shift focus to directly support customers and the customer success team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: - 2+ years of experience in software engineering. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field. - Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS. - Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end, from concept to production deployment. - Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. - Experience participating in customer support rotations or directly supporting customers during the product lifecycle. - Strong CS fundamentals and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany (fully remote arrangements are not available for this role). Nice to Have: - Experience collaborating with product leadership to shape product direction. - Background in enterprise SaaS or B2B AI tooling. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: €66,000 – €120,000 per year, depending on experience. - Visa sponsorship available. - Early-stage equity opportunity at a well-backed AI company.

LOCATION This role is on-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be willing to work in-person; fully remote arrangements are not offered.
