About this role
To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.
Serving as a program manager or project officer responsible for oversight of an agency's participation in a personnel eligibility, identification, or benefits management program. Evaluating data collection and reporting processes; identifying data quality issues and system deficiencies; developing recommendations to improve data integrity or reporting capabilities. Providing technical support for an automated personnel identification, eligibility, or access management program.
Analyzing and interpreting complex policies, regulations, and program guidance related to personnel identification, eligibility benefits, or credentialing programs. Planning and conducting special projects, program studies, or management reviews to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational programs.
