About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying the requirements of an Explosive Safety Qualification and Certification program. Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification and resolution of issues of a procedural or factual nature.

Experience applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques such as task analysis, charting, graphing. Experience applying regulations, instructions, and SOPs. Experience applying naval correspondence procedures and practices to produce a wide range of reports. Experience utilizing a variety of software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and others to create documents, reports, spreadsheets, charts, graphics and presentations.
