Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience overseeing the coordination of key capability development products such as material and force structure requirements, studies, and evaluations; 2) Analyzing the development or integration of acquisition systems used to support an organization's objectives; AND 3) Monitoring technological implications inherent to current and long-range capability requirements to advise on for higher leadership.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
