About this role

GS-14 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing senior-level expertise in DoW program of budget management, specifically within the counternarcotics (CD/CNT/CIT) domain. Experience providing advanced knowledge of Joint and Navy programming, planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes, including direct experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets like the Project Code 9500 (PC9500) under the OSW Central Transfer Account.

Experience demonstrating expertise in international and interagency coordination, with the ability to navigate bilateral agreements (such as the U.S. and El Salvador CSL agreement), negotiate with senior military and State Department officials, and oversee Cooperative Security Location (CSL) physical operations. Experience conducting technical and operational familiarity with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), including littoral and blue-water maritime domain awareness applications, and the strategic vision necessary to integrate emerging commercial technologies into joint theater objectives.
