PROGRAM ANALYST
About this role
To qualify for a GS-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the Department of War's acquisition, resourcing, and requirements processes to include the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Experience analyzing and assessing complex programmatic issues and wholeness gaps to develop and synchronize force development plans and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) for emergent capabilities. Experience creating and delivering executive-level briefings and data visualizations for Flag Officers or Senior Executive Service members using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI. Experience collaborating with high-level stakeholders, such as Navy Headquarters, Fleet Commanders, and System Commands, to integrate and modernize Navy capabilities.
Experience utilizing data analytic tools, databases, or electronic dashboards to conduct in-depth analysis, research, and report on emergent military capabilities.
