Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Utilizing knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to integrate and balance warfighting requirements with available resources and inform the development of the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM).

2. Providing strategic advice and analytic support on joint or naval mission areas, including strategy, concepts, platforms, capabilities, and assessments. 3. Leading or overseeing complex analytical studies or wargames that cut across multiple warfare domains and stakeholder communities (e.g., OPNAV, Fleet Commands, Systems Commands, Joint Staff). 4. Communicating complex, controversial, or technical information to senior-level military and civilian leaders (O-6/GS-15 and above) through oral and written presentations.

5.
