About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Planning, coordinating, and executing operational, administrative, or business management activities in support of an organization or acquisition program.

2.) Analyzing and evaluating organizational processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and mission execution. 3.) Developing, coordinating, and tracking action items, milestones, performance metrics, and organizational priorities to support executive decision-making. 4.) Integrating requirements and coordinating activities across multiple functional organizations, such as program management, engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, human resources, and other business support functions.

5.) Preparing executive-level correspondence, reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership. 6.) Advising managers on organizational operations, program execution, process improvements, and business management initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, guidance, and procedures.
