About this role

GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and presenting findings, reports or recommendations to internal and external stakeholders for consideration in decision-making. Identifying a need for and ability to gather accurate information; organizing and maintaining information or information management systems and communicating through a variety of methods.

GS-14: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Persuading others, building consensus, and gaining cooperation from others to obtain information, find solutions, and accomplish goals.

Identifying and analyzing problems, their cause, and viable solutions to recommend and implement based on the interest of the mission and stakeholders. Implementing plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization that take into consideration the constraints, goals and values of the organization. Resolving technical, policy or procedural issues affecting the provisions of sensitive support (e.g., identity data management).
