PROGRAM ANALYST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Analyst experience equivalent to the DA-04 STRL Pay Band or equivalent GS-Grade Level (GS-11/12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to support air weapon systems acquisition; (2) Estimating resources requirements of systems (both existing and conceptual), to include programmatic changes that may impact resource requirements and lifecycle costs and effects; (3) Performing complex research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data for an air weapon systems acquisition program; (4) Conducting in-depth analyses to derive relationships among system parameters, schedule variations, and costs in support of an air weapon systems acquisition program; (5) Using advanced mathematical, economic analysis, operations research, and computer modeling techniques to perform work tasks; (6) Interpreting policies promulgated by higher authorities to determine their effect on air weapon systems acquisition program needs; (7) Preparing in-depth written and oral presentations, reports, and other technical documentation for stakeholders on air weapon systems acquisition program status, technical problems, scheduling, and costs.
