About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . Applying expert-level knowledge of IJSTO programs and associated IT systems including practical experience in the relevant areas of security: Personnel, Physical, and Information.

Possessing prior experience in the management and oversight of IJSTO programs for a large organization and conversant with key policy documents governing IJSTO programs to include DoWD 5205.07, DoWI 5205.11, and CJCSI 3120.08D. Understanding of Navy SCI security procedures and requirements; and Applying strong administrative and organizational skills to manage access to highly sensitive programs and projects and provide training on sensitive programs to workforce.
