Examples include: The ability to independently analyze, develop, evaluate, coordinate, and improve programs, policies, and business processes associated with facilities, internal controls, reporting, condition assessments, deferred maintenance, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and capital investment portfolio management. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
