About this role

FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing accounting actions, budgeting, and financial management processes, while collaborating with and supporting senior analysts on large-scale initiatives.

Experience conducting independent financial trend analyses and predictive modeling, providing key analytical support to senior analysts for strategic planning. Experience utilizing Excel functionalities to independently identify and resolve financial discrepancies, escalating systemic issues to senior leadership as needed. Experience analyzing financial problems and developing proposals for resolution, assisting senior level analysts in negotiating changes and resolving disputes.

Experience communicating financial, administrative, and procedural matters both orally and in writing to diverse stakeholders, supporting senior analysts in executive briefings. Experience researching and utilizing proper funding codes and laws for all financial management documents and laws. Experience assisting with all levels to negotiate changes, resolve differences and problems, etc., in analyzing and solving problems and developing proposals for resolution. Experience communicating orally and in writing to obtain and provide information for senior analysts.
