About this role

To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements. To qualify for the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include: Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a customer service-oriented environment. Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting program data to support funding execution, purchasing, travel coordination, budget monitoring, and operational reporting.

Experience identifying discrepancies, recommending solutions, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Analysis: Evaluates data, identifies trends, and recommends solutions to support management decisions. Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy while managing multiple funding, travel, purchasing, and reporting actions.

Planning and Organizing: Balances competing priorities and meets multiple deadlines across numerous athletic programs. Problem Solving: Research discrepancies and develops practical solutions. Oral and Written Communication: Communicates effectively with coaches, staff, Academy offices, vendors, and leadership. For all types of consideration, experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
