Program Analyst - INTERNAL TO AGENCY

About this role

To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. To qualify for the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include: Experience conducting review of office workflows, generating monthly briefing schedules and packages and materials used by Senior leadership to assess progress against strategic goals.

Experience serving as a primary liaison to coordinate inquiries and track high-priority task actions from internal staff and external industry groups, ensuring all responses meet established suspense dates and agency quality standards. Experience managing the daily calendars and complex travel lifecycles for senior executives, coordinating domestic/international trips annually in strict compliance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) to ensure schedule alignment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Stakeholder Management - Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and techniques used to identify, engage, influence, and monitor relationships with individuals and groups connected to a work effort. Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.

Interpersonal Skills - Shows understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact, empathy, concern, and politeness to others; develops and maintains effective relationships with others; relates well to people from varied backgrounds and different situations. Written Communication- Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience. For all types of consideration, experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
