About this role

This position is open only to current and former DOW NAF Employees and current, eligible DOW Appropriated Fund Employees. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Minimum Requirements: 1. One (1) year of managerial or supervisory work experience that demonstrates comprehensive analytical skills and acquired formal training in financial analysis and financial management systems.

2. Must possess good oral communication and writing skills. Strong organizational skills are required. 3. Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences. 4. Knowledge of standard office software such as word processing, graphics presentation, spreadsheet and e-mail. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1.

Proven ability to draft, review, and coordinate complex written materials and present analytical findings to senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. 2. Experience managing concurrent projects or policy actions, either independently or as a team member, requiring effective organization, prioritization, and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. 3. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic guidance or standard operating procedures.

A proven ability to independently identify policy gaps, conduct research, and recommend enterprise-level solutions. 4. Documented experience working with MWR/Quality of Life counterparts at the HQDA, OSW, or other Service Headquarters to align or deconflict policy. 5. Advanced proficiency in standard office software, particularly in spreadsheet applications for data analysis, word processing for policy drafting, and presentation software for creating decision briefs, as well as a working knowledge of GenAI.

6. Ideal candidates would have a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Category A , B, and Single Soldier MWR programs at an Army Command (ACOM), IMCOM Directorate, or Headquarters level. This experience may include strategic planning, resource management, or program oversight, rather than direct installation operations. 7. Experience leveraging enterprise-level data from key Army MWR systems (SMIRF, FMBS, ACRRO) to conduct trend analysis, assess the financial health of programs Army-wide, and inform the development of MWR policy.
