The GS-14 salary range starts at USD 127,829 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing authoritative advice and guidance to senior leadership on national programs; monitoring, evaluating, and developing recommendations for program improvements; developing position papers, communications, outreach plans, and presentations; supporting program initiatives and changes; and establishing metrics, benchmarks, timelines, and training for assigned projects.
