About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band DA-05 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition and contract execution management; 2) Review, analyze, and implement higher level procurement policies; 3) Manage project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Provide sustainment oversight for all Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) subsystem activities, ensuring readiness, supportability, and lifecycle requirements are integrated across the F-35 enterprise; 5) Advise management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives; 6) Represent a command to include CNI issues with engineering, logistics, and industry partners, ensuring timely corrective actions and alignment with program priorities.
