EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards, OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for the Miscellaneous Administration and Program Series, GS-0301 https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0300/miscellaneous-administration-and-program-series-0301/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Assisting multiple bureaus and individual tribal communities and programs in expediting program transactions within program function; coordinating and standardizing oil and gas leasing processes, including NEPA compliance and lease management; dealing with controversial issues and exercise diplomacy and tact in resolving intra-bureau issues; working with royalty accounting and compliance procedures; responsible for Indian Trust as required by statute, case law, regulations and policy; worked with automated information systems used by multiple bureaus in managing Indian minerals and receipting, accounting and disbursing revenues.
