Military Rank- Commissioned Officer (O3/CPT - O5/LTC) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have or training which demonstrates knowledge managing or directing, one or more programs, including appropriate supporting service organizations. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated.

This experience must include activities such as: Experience analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions. Experience preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence. Experience evaluating objectives and developing plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions.
