PROGRAM OFFICE ASSISTANT (CAP)
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Organizing, processing, maintaining, and retrieving files, records, and reports in compliance with confidentiality and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) requirements; AND 2) Managing office calendars, coordinating schedules, and arranging appointments and meetings for clients and staff; AND 3) Demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, and communication; AND 4) Prioritizing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting the effective day-to-day operations of the program office.
