About this role
Specialized Experience Statement: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-09 level in the Federal service or private sector, experience working in museums, cultural institutions, research centers, fellowship programs and graduate level art history and architecture programs at universities; experience working with invitational travel and accounting procedures in on-line travel booking systems and financial management systems such as Concur and Oracle; and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as marketing programs and web content management systems.
OR a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR LL.M., if related OR A Combination of Education and Experience (NOTE: please see OPM Group Standard for Administrative and Management positions, combining education and experience section.) Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
