About this role
GS-11 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-09 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-11 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0301-11 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications: A.
Specialized Experience: One year (12-months) of full-time specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to: 1) Providing office administrative services in order to investigate, evaluate and resolve a variety of problems and/or conditions; 2) Monitoring a budget to ensure that funds are obligated; and 3) Compiling, reviewing and analyzing report data for completeness and accuracy (Note: Your resume must CLEARLY demonstrate this experience.) OR B.
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or possession of a LL.M. degree, if related. Graduate level education must demonstrate the competencies necessary to do the work of the position, examples of qualifying fields include accounting, finance, and business administration. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR C.
Combination of education and experience: A combination of education and specialized experience as listed above, that when combined equals 100% of the total requirement. (MUST SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS).
