About this role

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, and two years of experience in related field or work area OR four years appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Familiarity with MCCS policies, procedures, concepts, practices, and principles is preferred to effectively analyze Services operations and develop recommendations for process and operational improvements.

Must have the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with others. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
