EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards). Minimum Qualifications for the GS-12 Grade Level: The applicant must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level that includes: management and support of property management program; implementing policies, guidelines and procedures for personal property (firearms) and fleet management; providing advice and guidance to staff on all matters concerning property management as it pertains to firearms, acquisition and disposal; fleet management inventory, internal controls and knowledge of database management systems.

All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date. Additional selections may be made from this announcement if identical vacancies occur in the same location within 90 days from the closing date.
