About this role

You qualify at the GS-11 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: 1.) Ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures used by the staff to perform needed services; 2.) conducting checks in shipping and receiving areas for compliance to standards and SOPs; 3.) identifying trends and weaknesses and making recommendations for products and services changes; 4.) and identifying opportunities for improvement through analysis of performance data, internal audit results, external reviews, incident reports, customer input, and other sources of information.

OR Completion of a PhD degree in an accredited or pre-accredited college or university; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or possession of a LLM degree, with a major study in quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or other fields if related to the position.
