About this role

A four-year degree from an accredited university in Financial Management or Accounting is required AND a minimum four (4) years of experience in corporate business and/or Non-appropriated instrumentality (NAFI) financial accounting. A broad working knowledge of all aspects of accounting with the ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and sound financial management techniques in all phases of financial data gathering, summarizing, analyzing, and reporting.

Knowledge of end-to-end General Ledger processes. Skill in analytical reasoning. Knowledge of APF accounting and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and subordinates, exercise the proper degree of tact, ingenuity, persuasion, and resourcefulness; make clear and concise written and oral persuasions; exercise and demonstrate a high level of sound and independent judgment.
