Specialized experience One-year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal Service in financial cost accounting compiling, consolidating, reviewing, analyzing, and submitting all finalized reports, providing information on expenses, obligations, workload, and manpower utilization for the Organization.

OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
