RESOURCE MANAGER (DSPO PORTFOLIO)
About this role
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Providing Resource Management guidance to an organization comprised of senior primary prevention experts (i.e, psychologists, scientists, public health officials). Producing project studies analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity in order to identify and assess business challenges and opportunities.
Using analytical and evaluative methods and a thorough understanding of applying evaluation and measurement techniques in performing financial management, budget formulation and execution, acquisition planning, internal controls (FIAR) necessary to execute those missions. Applying qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of complex programs, budget processes, plans, and/or systems. Defining various aspects of the Government Purchase Card Program, and Government Travel Card Program.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
