About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating the ability to manage business, personnel, and resource operations within a complex military or industrial organization. 2) Providing direct operational, administrative, and strategic support to a diverse workforce, spanning from senior leadership and top management down through wage grade personnel.

Candidates must 3) Demonstrating a highly structured approach to managing complex, multi-disciplinary taskings, optimizing organizational workflows, and coordinating facility or manpower requirements. 4) Possessing expert-level skill in directing task execution, establishing accountability, and implementing systematic procedures to ensure all administrative, financial, and personnel data calls are met effectively and timely by the appropriate stakeholders.
