About this role

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline and 3 years of professional work experience. Minimum of 2 years of direct customer service in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years of specific experience with: Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in providing high-level customer service and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues and the general public.

Digital Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of automated office systems and e-commerce platforms. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) Requirements: Advanced proficiency with automated office systems, e‐commerce platforms, and core digital tools. Preferred experience with web technologies and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of modern communication and marketing strategies, particularly related to digital and social media engagement.

Ability to learn, retain, and communicate detailed information on Office Supply and Gift Shop merchandise. Preferred experience in digital photography, image composition, and use of AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency. Strong organizational and time‐management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying issues, and recommending process improvements.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently and collaboratively. Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in providing high-level customer service and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues and the general public. Professional Development: A demonstrated commitment to self‐development and continuous learning to maintain professional competence. Institutional Knowledge: (Preferred) Understanding of the Office of the CAO, House Rules, Committee policies, and relevant legal requirements.
