Award-Winning Contact Centre | On-Site | OTE €34,000 Join FMI’s award-winning Contact Centre team and build your career in customer service and sales. We are looking for confident, customer-focused people who can build rapport, understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions in a regulated and compliant manner. You will support new and existing customers by phone while working towards service, quality, compliance and sales targets.

This is a fully on-site role and is not available on a remote or hybrid basis. What We Offer Base salary of €29,432pa OTE of approximately €34,000pa Weekly pay Monthly commission and performance incentives Full training, coaching and ongoing development Supportive, high-performing team environment Hours and Roster 40 hours per week Predominantly Monday to Friday One Saturday per month, with a day off during the week Shifts rostered between: Monday–Friday: 8.00am–8.00pm Saturday: 9.00am–5.30pm What You Will Do OUTBOUND: Manage a high volume of customer calls (approximately 100 per day) while maintaining a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.

INBOUND: Manage 50-60 customer calls per day while maintaining a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach. Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every interaction. Use curiosity and active listening skills to understand customers' circumstances, needs, and goals. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely add value to the customer. Achieve individual and team performance targets across service, quality, compliance, and sales.

Conduct all conversations in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and compliance standards. Follow call guides and processes while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style. Handle objections confidently and professionally, remaining resilient and solution focused. Take ownership of your performance and demonstrate a strong focus on results. Participate fully in training, coaching and development programmes to continuously improve.

Previous contact centre, customer service, outbound calling or telesales experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
