About this role

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Development Representative will make high-volume outbound calls, educate potential customers on insurance options, and gather information to create customer profiles in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Make 500+ outbound calls daily to provided warm leads Gather information to create customer profiles and maintain the CRM Transfer hot leads to the Sales teams while representing the company positively Required qualifications No prior insurance experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hunter mentality Strong desire to connect with customers and understand their needs Willingness to participate in regular training and coaching Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture
