You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing aviation (1) developing and implementing policies and procedures for a variety of security, intelligence oversight, and protection programs, such as Information Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security, and Operations Security (OPSEC) and (2) providing technical guidance and advisory services to leadership on security-related issues and making recommendations to resolve complex security problems.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Intelligence Policy and Procedures Problem Solving Security Program Management Security Tools and Methods
