About this role

📋 Description The Leasing Team handles end-to-end accounting of CoreWeave's lease portfolio within Corporate Own day-to-day operational accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, period-end close. Review contracts to identify embedded leases under ASC 842; collaborate with Legal, FP&A Support process improvements for scalable lease accounting operations. 🎯 Requirements 3–5+ years accounting experience; lease accounting, technical accounting, or real Working knowledge of ASC 842 and application to operational leases.

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA in progress preferred. Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative communicator across Legal, FP&A, and Operations. 🎁 Benefits Experience with lease accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, CoStar, or similar). Public accounting background, high-growth tech/infra experience a plus.
