About this role

To support a growing client base, the remote Senior Accounting Onboarding Specialist will guide new clients through system setup, data clean-up, and account activation, managing a high volume of onboarding timelines and deliverables while fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities Lead daily client meetings to gather financial data and build trust with clients from the initial call Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts, resolving integration and access issues Manage multiple onboarding timelines and proactively address any potential delays in the process Required qualifications 6+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role, preferably at a public or multi-client accounting firm 6+ years of daily QuickBooks Online experience, including setup, integrations, and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of cash- and accrual-based accounting principles Ability to manage 25+ active client relationships simultaneously with effective communication and follow-through Confident and personable presence with clients, capable of discussing scope and pricing adjustments directly
