GS 15: Specialized Experience: Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 14 level (or equivalent), and your experience includes performing at least four of the tasks below as part of your regular duties: 1) Developing, implementing and maintaining Federal-wide policies governing agency's business operations, financial management, and administrative programs.

2) Directing, controlling and executing responses towards legislative changes, including the support of new program configurations and realigning resources. 3) Reviewing proposed legislation or regulations, conducting research and analysis, and promoting innovation and initiatives for DEA. 4) Performing broad and extensive studies that cut across or strongly influence the DOJ and its components. 5) Maintaining regular and recurring relationships across DOJ, Congress and Federal departments, exercising independent negotiations, and making decisions on behalf of DEA.
